Words of appreciation

Piper Helmrath
COO & Co-founder at Nvoye

"...Within just a meeting or two, she had a clear grasp of the product, the users, and the direction we were heading, something that takes most people much longer to reach......she doesn't wait to be told what to do. She spots the gap, figures out what needs to happen, and gets it done..."

Csaba.Z
CEO & Owner at GMA

"..she took ownership across the website, mobile app, and internal dashboard, connecting them into a cohesive ecosystem rather than isolated products. She identified improvement opportunities we hadn’t even considered and acted on them without waiting for direction, "

Bianca Balasiu
Front-end Developer at Tripaneer

"..she has a great eye for design, but what stood out most to me is how well she thinks through the user experience. Her work always felt clean, intuitive, and purposeful, not just “nice-looking,” but actually useful and well thought out."

About Me

I'm an artist at heart with an obsession for puzzles.

That passion follows me into every part of my life,  whether it's optimizing my house layout, my gym schedule, the fastest route to see all the landmarks when traveling abroad, how I cook, or how I organize my workspace.

My mind seeks optimization at every step, and that's exactly why being a UX designer feels like a gift —> it's not just what I do, it's how I naturally see the world.

My mantra is - never design before knowing why.

Most UX issues come from a lack of testing, research, or misalignment with business goals. So basically, not understanding the context.

I start with questions: we need to clearly understand our needs to frame the problem effectively and provide a solid rationale as to why we want a specific change to occur. It’s important to double-check what we currently have, the information architecture, and map user journeys, interactions, and flows to identify the root cause of pain points or at least opportunities to improve.

After a short audit and a clear plan, I conduct research, competitor and market analysis, and interviews; plan strategic surveys and usability testing, if possible; and align with stakeholders to understand user behavior, constraints, and business goals.

All of the above can be overwhelming, so one of the steps I strongly believe in is a feature prioritization workshop to quickly identify what is nice to have and what is important to have, along with a strategy based on time constraints, implementation difficulty, and value output.

I find that respecting at least 80% of this process, depending on the nature of the task at hand, is the most successful approach.
